Hotmail now has the full-fledged chatting service with your messenger and Facebook friends. Microsoft has only introduced the feature of chatting but they have also integrated the best social networking website with their e-mail service. In this post we will be talking more about it and how the chatting feature will work with your Facebook friends.

As you can see the snapshot of the chat box, where you can start typing the content and then press enter, it is almost similar to the chat client in Gmail, the only difference is that besides the messenger friends you can also see Facebook friends in your account and chatting with them on Facebook will be analogous to chatting with them in your Hotmail, due to this reason only many of the users have shifted to Hotmail as now a days checking your mails are as important as getting in touch with you Facebook account, which is conveniently offered by Hotmail.

Not only this you can also see the updates of your friends in your Hotmail is you are too busy to go to the Facebook page, so I can surely say that this feature has a sharp edge over Gmail chat client and now Google has to do something about it. Gmail is integrated with Orkut and in no way that would have gone for replacing that integration with Facebook but Hotmail did and finally with release of online Microsoft Office and Hotmail ‘chat’ integration with Facebook friends they seem to be competing well. To activate this in your account you will just have to click the link to available in your messenger column to chat with your Facebook friends.
