How to share your desktop with your friend using Google Chrome Browser?
There have been quite some good softwares to help you share your PC desktop with your friends. If you ever wanted to share yours, instead of searching through Google for a good software, just make use of your Google Chrome browser. Here’s how :
There is an extension for Google Chrome called Chrome Remote Desktop, introduced recently, which lets you connect any two computers with a Chrome browser, irrespective of the OS – be it Windows/Linux/Mac OS – helps sharing the desktops.
If you want to share your desktop with your friend (who also has the extension on Chrome installed), all you have to do is to provide a code to the friend who would like to access your desktop.
The new extension is still in beta version. Access is given only to the specific person the user identifies for one time only, and the sharing session is fully secured.
We may anticipate another feature soon, so that the same user can access his desktop remotely using this extension.
